The Mirror Test

This all reminds me of a series of posts about five years ago on the

Autism-Mercury list when a parent posted an honest sincere

request, " How do you know if it's safe to vaccinate your child " ?

My response was this....You hold a mirror up to your childs face and

if it fogs up, it is not safe to vaccinate your child. He is still

alive and hence it is unsafe, period.

It was not universally applauded on the list as five years ago we

were strill in the throngs of groups throwing all of their eggs into

the mercury basket. Many at the time thought the same thoughts,

that " who could protest a movement to get Mercury a known toxin out

of vaccines " . Being totally anti-vaccine was wrong and wouldn't be

taken seriously, would destroy the movement.

Well, we all know how accepted the anti-mercury movement was and

still is. We actually debate in this nation the pros and cons of

injecting a known neurotoxin into babies bodies. Amazing isn't

it!!!

My fear at the time was that the CDC would fess up to the Mercury

debacle, cut their losses and run back to business as usual and we

would still be giving children 36 vaccines before the age of two and

still have exploding epidemics of sick, damaged, and dead children.

I was wrong about the former but not the latter.

Five years ago also I was still a very anger and bitter mother. I

have mellowed with time, have a much better grasp on reality and

what is and is not possible, and have become far better at remaining

calm and rational in the face of complete idiocy and lack of common

sense. An inner peace if you will. I pick my battles better these

days and ole Al is not worth my time. NDers are not worth my time.

But my beliefs about vaccines and being anti-vaccine has not

changed, in fact the previous six to seven years has only made my

resolve all the stronger. There are no safe vaccines, it is not

possible. Take out toxins they will only put new ones in. And what

about the viruses themselves, do they really give immunity or

overstimulate an immature immune system, do they alter DNA, pass

along animal DNA? Plus simply greening the vaccines means we have

to work with and within the current system of CDC, FDA. They have

lost all credibility and it will only get worse.

What we need is a revolution, a total and complete revolution in the

religion of American medicine. Since the invention of the first

vaccine it has steered our entire medical history in the wrong

direction and you can hear the AAP admission of this as they ask

which one of the contagious diseases we would want our kids to have

while they simultaneously completely ignore chronic lifelong and

debilitating ailments such as diabetes, obesity, autism, cancer.

The only measure of the health of our children to them is how many

did or did not get the measles, not how many will have no quality of

life or shortened lives due to chronic ailments. They don't track

or even count these disorders, but you will quickly be counted if

you have chicken pox. They are literally blind to our children and

many others because it doesn't fit into their little box

of " infectious disease control " as the end-all to children's

health. They are uncaring towards our children because they simply

don't see them. Our entire medical culture is based on these

theories while overall health continues to decline. The more they

push this pardigm the richer they get, so they will stop at nothing

to continue with business as usual. It is how they deny an autism

epidemic, because they were never ever counting these children, so

they have nothing to compare to today. But three cases of measles

in a tiny town in Missouri and the sirens sound and the media

machines are set in motion...becasue that they know how to count.

Yes I am anti-vaccine, but I went much much farther than just that

long ago, and I refuse to compromise. We must change the system,

the beliefs, and we must do it from without until we can do it

within.
