A Google search shows information on psoas hemorrhage. I didn't read the

entire article, but it was there, sure enough.

You'll note I did follow the suggestion (based on sound-alikes) with

a question mark. :-) Yes, possibly. Not a hemorrhage of the psoas

but a hemorrhage into the psoas area. Just a possibility.

Okay, I have heard psoas and I have heard serous. I heard more votes for

psoas, so that is what I went with. I marked it for QA. The only problem

is, I don't get any feedback from QA on my terms I mark. I will have to

email and see if I can get a response on this one, as everyone wants to

know.

just to avoid blanks, and that's such a dangerous practice.

Yeah, that's a frustration I have at times, as well ... though my

present QA people are pretty good about it if I specifically request

it, I don't always hear back. They may not be sure, either, to what

the doctor is referring.

FYI, on further research I found a couple of references specifically

to psoas hemorrhage in patients who are undergoing anticoagulation

therapy ... just out of curiosity, has this patient been on

Coumadin? :-)
