Guest guest Posted July 11, 2005 Report Posted July 11, 2005 , RA is absolutely a factor. I guess what I'm trying to say is to follow your heart. Since stress, depression and other negative emotions have such an impact on our health, choosing the job that would make you happiest may help to not aggravate your RA. If you're afraid that the travel and frequent job changes would be stressful, maybe that job would be your second choice. I'd be nervous about the travel and job changes in the beginning, but after you do it a few times, you'll probably be more relaxed about it. I would like the traveling because I love to travel and I love to meet people. If you don't like the particular assignment, you're not stuck there for long. With the moving, you'd find you'd be a very light packer. Only YOU can know what will make you the most happy. Both sound very rewarding. Good luck with your decision. a On Jul 10, 2005, at 6:28 PM, nlmck1551 wrote: > RA is definately not going to hold me back, but it is a factor. > Normally I'd probably take the " safe " job and then travel later on > in life when I have someone to travel with. Guest guest Posted July 12, 2005 Report Posted July 12, 2005 a, She is unbelievable and it really hurts. The worst part is she plays the victims in front of my son. I am just going to try to forget it and stay away as much as possible. Yesterday was my library day with my granddaughter. When I called because I will never go over without calling again, she said well I don't know. Her sister in law (who really isn't nice) was coming over, she is always there. Three times she told me that, like I even care, I just wanted my granddaughter. She said let me see if Becky wants to come to your house. In the end she did say Becky you should go to Grandmom Lynn's. I felt she was just baiting me to say something and she could go off again. But I said nothing. Becky came with me and I surprised her by having Alyssa over too. So we all did the library program. The day this all happened I understand my DIL'S mother also left the house mad at her daughter. She has so much, she doesn't have a thing to worry about, she doesn't have to work. Her grandmother is there everyday to help take care of the children. Would you believe she wants me to watch the children for an entire week in March while they go away? Guess I am the fool. Couponing besides being a necessity is my hobby. You are right it is fun walking out of the store with all the free stuff. So far this year I have spent a little over a thousand dollars but I have almost 2800.00 in free stuff. Last week end was very good, one store was having triple coupons. I really think she is jealous because I just taught my other DIL how to do it. Anyway I am going to try and calm down. I will also stay away for her. My son calls me all the time so that is not a problem. Thanks for your encouragement and advise. I will take it to heart. Did you survive the hurricane okay. My brother lives on the beach and he got hit hard. Thanks my friend, Lynn a wrote: > Lynn, > > One day of a stressful event may not be harmful, it is a fact of life. > Chronic stress is linked to many health risks.
