Through biofeedback I have learned that when two people hold hands the energy is squared. - Tiller. ------------------- If I am teaching astrology I point out that each is seeing the same circle fr a unique but equally valid POV n add that the True Teacher is always invisible in our midst, pointing to the center n hav each pers pt to him/her Self. Makes u think of Christ's words 'When 2/3 are gathered together in my name, there am I also." In other words scientifically there is a revving upof energy. I call this syntropy as ag entropy, n it cn only be done by people trusting one another. Ring-around-the- rosy serves the same purpose in nursery school bec it distributes the energy more evenly of little individuals into a temp collective. Hah! ------------------- So wh I was on Iona in 1998 at a Peace Conference preparing for its Centenary at The Hague, I had the privilege of being a sort of keynoter to 72 reps fr small grps fr all over the world: Japan, Israel, Norway, Holland, Costa Rica, the UN etc etc.n I sugg getting into a circle at the end. 72 squared is a fairly impressive energy n we cld feel it n direct it fr that Holy Isle in the Hebrides as a force for Peace! I realized in the midst of it, that we were 'squaring the circle"! U have to think outside the box! ----------------- Prev we did this in Vt at a Medicine Wheel led by Jungian analyst Woolger. It was raining but we made a circle in a field and the sun came out in the midst of it by happenstance. And in 1981 Walter n I n our grp visited a Tibetan orphanage w/over a 100 kids in Dharamsala, India. We did a Yumyum, all holding hands n chanting 3x yum-yum-yum-yum-yum n on!, then hugs to the left n hugs to the right [instant communion!]. It was a huge success n now I cn claim it is a Tibetan custom! There is one actually called Yab-yum, but that is something quite different! The yum-yums-are spreading tho, n they combine a sense of joy n appreciation for life as well as affection. To quote Mother who in a way announced an Aquarian creed wh she said "I believe in person to person n that God is in everyone." the God part is theory but the Aq trap is the person to person [Leo-love]. Well, time to stop. Some of u will undoubtedly consider this all ridiculous n mebbe it is, but the fact remains that one week after the Peace Conf at the Hague, the foll year, the war in Kosovo ended. I was invited by the analyst Brewster Beach to lecture to one of his classes on astrology at the Jung Foundation in NYC. My very first. So I meditated n prepared but there was no way I cld teach ABOUT it w/out demonstrating the obvious, so gathering up my courage, instead of a formal lecture, I had evbody stand in a circle n pt out the irrefutable fact that each person processes the same experience according to their chart! This was before the DNA proofs were general knowledge. For me, it meant breaking the academic mold so firmly embedded in my past. Today, it wld seem commonplace! I also brought in a cucumber n said how glad I was that they were not Freudians! I needed to demonstrate the spiraling of seeds n an apple halved horizontally to reveal the pentagram in side>........So back to Da Vinci n Pythagoras!
