Thank you for your birthday, I'll post it to the list straight away!

About the volume of the mail, this is how the list is. It's been a busy

list since it began and is so because people feel safe to post. It's a

family atmosphere and most feel comfortable posting here because of it's

friendliness and familiarity among it's members I think.

If volume of mail is an issue, I recommend the digest version of this list,

it offers one e-mail with 25 posts within it, or there is the web mail

option which allows you to log into the egroups website to get your mail

rather than having it arrive into your e-mail box. You can change your mail

options by visiting the www. site and logging in.
