Guest guest
What has been your experience with Curves? Do you like it? Is it something that we can do without putting us in a major flare? You will find lots of support, information, humor, time to vent and many shoulders to cry on. I look forward to getting to know you. hugs, Sundra Ooohh, I really like your stationary. I had incredimail for a while and really like the stats...but....several of the gals on another list I'm on didn't have DSL and the stat was a real bother, so I discontinued it. As to Curves, 1. You go at your own pace. 2. I can feel stiff and achy on a normal day (not a stressful one, nothing seems to help then) make myself go to Curves and I feel 90% better afterward. 3. I go to warm water aerobics (my doctor said absolutely NOT cold water. I go to the rehab center here. Might be worth your checking out. I'm looking forward to the support and getting to know folk here. Bev http://hometown.aol.com/anana2many/myhomepage/profile.html
Guest guest
Welcome to the group Bev. I am sorry to hear that you have had so much trouble with pain with both illnesses. It is great that you are in remission with the WG. I hope that continues to be the case. I would love to be able to do water aerobics, but need to find a class in my area. I have also thought of joining Curves once my back checks out okay. I just had a myelogram/CT done last week and am having a EMG soon. I am praying it is just the fibro and I don't need another back surgery. What has been your experience with Curves? Do you like it? Is it something that we can do without putting us in a major flare? Guest guest
Thanks so much for letting me know that Curves has helped you Bev. I am planning on joining next month for me and my daughter, hopefully finances will be straighted out enough to allow it. Thanks for the information! N. > As to Curves, > 1.
