J Guilt. Yes. Are you associating that with the

dream? Either way, yes, it does seem to be that in our karmic bodies the

universe has a way of working out the “knots” ---- I like that

image – spiritual rolfing… The more we resist the longer it

takes and more painful too. ; )

Miriam. You have been following up on these?

Guilt, ah guilt. As a metaphysical

teacher once told me, it is impossible for an ordinary human to

" sin. " What we do is work out karma ... imagine we are like the

banks of a creek, or river, or the Grand Canyon ... and the water of spirit

flows through us and as it flows it runs past the gnarls of tree limbs, knots,

rocks, mud, and so on and we keep working on ourselves until we are like the

inside of an egg ... smooth, no knots.

Sin is working magic against someone or

using metaphysics against someone, that is real sin. For that one visits

the karmic board ... someone tried to do this to me last year, I remember

getting blasted in the middle of the night with these energies, it was pretty

nasty. Anyway back to guilt, it's a waste of time and energy, we just

keep coming back and getting reincarnated until we get the kinks out.

Guilt and worry work like magnets drawing those energetics to us until we work

through them ... make sense?
