Guest guest
LOL , I thought that we were the net's biggest nut ward... hehehehe... It's one of the best ways to deal with pain. I find the humor of this group a tremendous help when I'm at my wit's end from pain. It helps to keep my mind focus on humor instead of myself. Funny how the brain can't seem to focus on too many things at all... in fact... can't focus at all. :-) I find if I force myself to focus on something else, my brain seems to let go of the pain messages for a short, very short time... But a minute of pain freedom is better than no minutes at all. Humor is a great pain & stress reliever for me. I don't know if it works for others the same way, but it helps me to keep my sanity... ok.. it helps me keep my current level of insanity that translates into " Normal " for me :-) Sanity isn't all it's cracked up to be... in fact... hmm... sanity seems to be rather boring for me... lol. insane hugs from one of the nut wards leading nuts, Norah Norah Bleazard - Burlington, Ontario Canada www.bleazard.net ~ www.janorlites.com E-MAIL= norah.fibroyahoo@...
