Hello Hun,

In all honesty the book is NOT worth it. I have it. It isn't even funny, they try to be but just turns out to be dumb wit. A LOT of it is like they are laughing AT us NOT WITH US!

Some of the advice they give is so off the wall that you wonder where they came from. You can sure tell just reading that they do not have fibro, probably don't even know anyone with fibro, and if they are any kind of Dr. they need their license jerked LOL.

They basically say "WELL DUMMIE IF IT HURTS DON'T DO IT". "EXERCISE AND STRETCH THE MUSCLES OUT YOU WILL BE OK". "YOU DON'T NEED DRUGS, THAT'S ALL WE NEED IS A BUNCH OF DRUGGIES ON THE ROAD".

Trust me the book was done in VERY POOR TASTE and with no thought for thr Fibromite at ALL! Don't waste your money.

Has anyone tried the Guifensen (sp) method? I have a friend who

tries this and says it is amazing. I can't grasp how it would help

but I am open to it. Anything to stop the pain!!!

Mixed reviews from it worked miracles to it was such torure the first month it almost wasn;t worht the results. I don't handle that substance too well so maybe its because to you have to get through the bad part to get to the good or maybe I just don;' handle it.
