Guest guest
I am not a man so I can't say these ideas work through experience but Ihave heard that when urinating you should try stopping the flow bydoing a Kegel. It is supposedly a way to test how well you are doing.Does the stream slow? The other thing I have heard is that doing Kegels while sitting helpsalso.Men does these things really work?Kathy kathy, All kegals help. I do them sitting in my car, standing in line at the bank and lying in bed watching TV. But I do about 300-400 a day for 7 months and still the dribble and the squirting continues. But EVERY guy is different and have different results! Sometime I think I am going to lift the matress off of my bed with the crack of my ass doing them! Guest guest
Hi Kathy, Dr. Arnold Kegel originally developed the Kegel exercises for his women patients. So they do work for both sexes. The women found that strengthening the pelvic muscles not only helped with incontinence, it added pleasure to their sex by being able to contract the vaginal muscles on the penis. Of course the men enjoyed it also. Aubrey I am not a man so I can't say these ideas work through experience but Ihave heard that when urinating you should try stopping the flow bydoing a Kegel.
