I am sorry to hear that pain has brought you here, but glad that you found the group, It is a great place for support. I also have neck/back problems in addition to the fibromyalgia and at times it can be very upsetting trying to find some sort of pain relief. I have had fibromyalgia probably longer than my doctor cares to admit. So I would say I have had it for at least 10 years. Its a terrible affliction. I put up with it most times but then there are times when I just can't stand it. Between fibro and 2 herniated discs in my back, I don't know which way to turn.
