Guest guest
> I know I am a 2nd shift person, at least that worked for me when I was working. Hi , I understand what you are saying. After 30 years of jumping out of bed to hit the day care road, I thought I would revel in sleeping late. HA!! Insomnia is the monkey on my back. If I get to sleep I do not want to wake up just because the rest of the world is up. I get a splurge of energy in the late afternoons and I work around that. As long as you are moving, what difference does the time of day make? I have a hard time waking up in the morning knowing I can't work anymore. Jumping into the day is a hard habit to break, but if you walk or whatever in the afternoon, play that up big with the dr. And I sure hope she didn't actually say " slug " to you!!
