Guest guest
Is it safe to give a lower dose than prescribed? Our bioset technician (she checks all of my son's supplements for intolerances and dosage) said my son can only tolerate 2 lines a day (at least initially). Guest guest
, so do you mean you did a small amount every 8 hours for 3 days and this totalled 2 lines?
Guest guest
, We started very low on this with my son. The first 3 days or first round we did only 2 lines for the whole round. He did great. The next round we went full dose and he did great on that too. We are on round 4 right now. We never made it to full dose on TD-DMPS even after 7 months of use Re: TD-DMSA Is it safe to give a lower dose than prescribed? Guest guest
, sorry I wasn't clear. I did 3 days at 2 lines per dose, 3x a day so a total of 6 lines a day or 18 lines per round. Make sense? Re: TD-DMSA , so do you mean you did a small amount every 8 hours for 3 days and this totalled 2 lines?
Guest guest
What does " 2 lines a day " mean? We use far less than the Lee Silsby/DAN! doctor recommended dose of 115 mgs TD-DMSA per application. What is important is keeping a consistent dosing schedule; going lower in the dose is actually probably better for your child. Good luck! Pam > > Is it safe to give a lower dose than prescribed?
