Guest guest Posted March 16, 2010 Report Posted March 16, 2010 I am angry at because she doesn't keep her word to me and I can trust her to do what she says. I am angry that she doesn't care about paying her debt to me. She is selfish and irresponsible. should keep her word and be trustworthy. Is it true? No Can I absolutely know that it's true? No When I believe the thought I feel sick to my stomach. I feel like a victim and that I have no choice but to accept her behavior. I feel like she is using me and that she could care less how it hurts me when she doesn't keep her word. I despise her for ruining my trust. I want to take revenge and do something mean back to her. Without the thought I would be accepting and think she just forgot or something happened and she was unable to do what she promised. I would be free to be who I am-happy, loving and accepting. Turn to opposite- shouldn't keep her word and be trustworthy. This is as true because she doesn't keep her word much of the time. I already knew this, so I bit myself (dog bites you the first time, the second time you bite yourself) by trusting someone I knew who is incapable of being trusted all the time. Turn to self-I should keep my word and be trustworthy. This is true or truer. I don't keep my word to myself. When I say I'm not going to do such and such anymore I still keep doing it. I can't trust myself to make decisions that are looking out for my best interest. I make promises I can't keep to try to please others and end up hurting them or myself for not keeping them. Turn to other-I don't keep my word and I am not trustworthy to . This is as true. I have made promises to her that I have not kept. She has reason not to trust me because she has proof that I have lied to her. I look forward to not keeping her word with me. This is hard for to make that statement because what I really want to do is not have anything to do with her. Any suggestions? Quote
