omega-3

Hi,

I've been reading this list to support a friend of mine who has

recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. She doesn't speak much

English so I'm telling her what I'm learning. I hope that's OK. I was

wondering, for any of you who use omega-3 supplements, which brand do

you use and do you know any good websites to order it from for a

reasonable price? I bought her Coromega on my last trip to the US and

she thinks that it is helping her. Do you have any other suggestions?

U=I use Omega 3 supplements (by Natrol) and haven't had any negative

reactions to it. Many or the people on my BiPolar list use it; they claim

it really helps with short-term memory. It s also good for cardiovascular

health. I just buy mine from CVS pharmacy. They have a " customer care " card

that keeps track of your purchases and I'm always getting coupons from them

that I can use for the purchase of Natural Remedies. You can shop their

store online, as well as apply for their customer care card.
