Guest guest Posted March 26, 2005 Report Posted March 26, 2005 H ..how are you doing? On June 11, 2002 I had extensive throat surgery including removal of tonsils. I've had several major surgeries in my life but the throat surgrery was, in some ways, the most miserable to get through. My ENT Surgeon told me just prior to surgery, " You are going to hate me for about 2 weeks. " I thought, sheesh, it cannot be that bad. But, it was. The swelling, choking, bleeding....i yi yi. Right about 2 weeks it did get much more tolerable. But it sure was NO picnic. I hope you are hanging in there...getting the care you need, and being sweet to you. Now, after a couple years, it is WONDERFUL not to have the persistant throat/sinus/nasal problems. I pray you have great results. Love.... Tess in Oregon Quote
