does anybody else hate the first quarter?

Happy New year!3 days in and I have had 3 patients ask to reschedule appointments and then request refills be called in because they have now shown their good faith2 patients try to pass off expired insurances ( phreesia) ( knowing full well that it has expired)... and oh yes then throw tantrums
