Penny,

I thought since I worked for a TV station that some of the anchors would wear

the pin also if I asked them. But I think it's because they can't be partial to

one group and not the other. There are ribbons for all kinds of causes but

they'd be wearing a different one every day! The public would get offended if

they were partial to one and not the other.

I was dissapointed, however at the lack of coverage on organ donation awareness

week. They did do a story on a transplant recipient but didn't mention it.

Glad to hear you got some positive reactions out of a few people. It is good

to know that there are some people out there that do care. By the way, what

is your job at the TV station? I have been working in video for the last 18

years.

Hi Larry,

I am a Research Analyst for the station which is owned and operated by NBC. We

run out of Providence,RI. It's funny that we have all of these similarities.

What do you do in video?
