To: egroups Penny, I thought since I worked for a TV station that some of the anchors would wear the pin also if I asked them. But I think it's because they can't be partial to one group and not the other. There are ribbons for all kinds of causes but they'd be wearing a different one every day! The public would get offended if they were partial to one and not the other. I was dissapointed, however at the lack of coverage on organ donation awareness week.
