Hi All

I recieved this feedback from a Swank post I made. I

have no knowledge of B12 (or B complex) injections. Does

anyone here happen to know about this?

(I'm going to tell Annette to have all her vitamin levels

checked first of course.)

HI ,

I read your post on vit B12 and I really want to supplement.

Actually I'd like to inject as I feel it's really the best way to

ensure proper absorption. The trouble is I live on a Greek island

and basically my doc's are waiting for me to tell them what I want

and in what dose.

Would you happen to know what is the best injectible form, how often

I should inject and in what dose?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

Annette.
