Oh Tess you are a doll!

I have already been making mine and wondering if I should bring up the

subject yet. I am so glad you did. Finances are tight for all of us but I

have been putting away a few stamps here and there and adding change to my

Card List jar. That way the cost for stamps won't hit me like a ton of

bricks like it did last year. LOL

Last year I had to buy some of my homemade cards at a craft show, this year

I am making all of them myself. Even the envelopes. :-) Nothing fancy

mind ya, but good therapy for the mind and the hands.

Thanks for organizing this again.

Hi all...OK, well it's not quite Halloween, but, bear with me! I am

coordinating the Christmas/Holiday Card Exchange again this year! Last year

we had a lovely time of exchanging cards with our other RA Family friends

from across the nation to across the seas! It was wonderful to find a card

in our mailboxes from someone who is so dear to us all year long!

Participation is, of course, optional. But I encourage anyone who is the

least bit interested to join in. We may not get to know each other

face-to-face, but we can share a bit of ourselves in holiday greetings.

If finances are too tight this year to afford cards & stamps, or if your

health is an impediment to doing cards this year, PLEASE join in anyway.

I will put you on the list to receive, and no one will know the particulars

but me. Just tell me you'd like to " receive only " this year.

It is really ok to let you friends bouy your spirits especially in times of

hardship.

Please send your name and snail-mail address to...

I will compile the list during November, and send all participants the list

of names & addresses by November 30.

Sending love, hugs & hope to all...
