I think it's just random who had already received their shipment of

the vaccine. In some cases, flu vaccines are being redirected to

hospitals and nursing homes, but if a private healthcare company had

ordered it and received it before the supplies were redirected, they

can have flu clinics wherever they want. There just isn't a way to

ensure it's evenly distributed, but it is good that places that are

lucky enough to have it are following the CDC guidelines.
