You have been the source of so much useful information. I have sourced NAC locally (here in Belfast) for mum.We are amazed at the amount of information we are receiving from this site. Mum sees a Connsultant at the hospital about once every 4-5 months. Her last visit was about 5 months ago and she was told her lung efficiency was 60%, we don't know if this is good or bad. In Ireland there doesn't seem to be any service such as Pulmonary rehab. Mum is not currently on any meds, i wonder if this country is behind the USA or if Mum does not yet require them.
