Sorry I wasn't here yesterday, I was in a lot of pain most of the day and had to cook a tray of chicken enchiladas... at least there's food ready for a few days. Today I went in for my pool therapy and had a heck of time just getting myself dressed and over there. Once in the water, I felt so much better... pain lessened quite a bit, but as soon as I got out... I was right back where I was before... ugggh... I'm gonna take some meds and go lie down for a bit. Guest guest Posted August 30, 2004 Report Share Posted August 30, 2004 Norah, I'm sorry you are feeling yucky today, but here is a hug for you {{{{NORAH}}}}}}. I just hate the yucky days! I had a bit of a flare last week, that took me down for a couple of days...left work early one day, and stayed home from work the next, but the funny thing was, I felt absolutely great two days later! I mean, it was the BEST day I've had in a very long time....too bad it only lasted a day though. The next day, I was so fatigued that I could hardly stand up! That's the thing about Fibro. It never fails to take you by surprise. I hope you are feeling better soon...as good as the monster will let you feel, that is! And the pool therapy sounds wonderful! My husband and I have been bouncing around the idea of getting a hot tub for my aching bod, but if we do, it won't be until both of our vehicles are paid off early next year. I wish it could be sooner, but we don't like jumping into a whole lot of debt, especially since my hubby's employer has a history of being a tiny bit unstable! But, boy, would I love to take a long soak in a hot tub right about now! Chicken enchiladas sound yummy. Send me some down here in Ohio, k? I'm sure they will make it across the border patrol alright! If not, you can just drive down here and make me some! LOL! You take care of yourself, make sure pampers you, and you get plenty of rest until you are feeling better, Dr. Jen's orders!
