Guest guest
Okay, great, now I feel I have clearance to talk. 3% H2O2 could be done I suppose. I really don't believe I have an infection. My hygenist mentioned gum recession 6 months ago but not infection. Also my gums never bleed nor have discharge. I'm trying a home-made astringent herbal liquid now to see if that may cause *any* tightening up of the gum tissue. A water pick is under consideration, but I floss twice a day minimum now. Vitamin C=6000 mg a day. Vitamin A=160,000 I.U. a day with some zinc. One B-50 per day. Home-made baking soda and water mouthwash is used at times. In a personal e-mail someone suggested Dr. Schulze's products. Don't use MSM. > Actually , teeth and gum problems are very much associated with MS. Infections can exacerbate symptoms. Have you ever rinsed your mouth with hydrogen peroxide? I have read about H2O2 reversing periodontal diaease. I rinse with it. It kills bacteria in the mouth. It also makes your teeth whiter. I gave up flouridated toothpaste long ago and use MSM toothpaste. Have you tried it? > >
Guest guest
Many years ago when I was young I tried 3% H2O2. I remembered it to have caused my gums to bleed. Can you tell me if you have had any bad experiences with it? How long do you keep it in your mouth? A 15 second rinse? How many times a day? Do you dilute it? Thanks. I should not have this problem with what I do. > Actually , teeth and gum problems are very much associated with MS. Infections can exacerbate symptoms. Guest guest
I've tried a number of things. Rather disheartening. I realize I can get stuff without a credit card. Always have. Trying hard to keep costs down though. > What are youn talking about? There is a cause for everything. It's a basic principle...cause and effect. You probably have bacteria causing gum disease or else your teeth are out of alignment. But there is a cause and a solution. There is a way around not having a credit card too. Many companies will take your banking info over the phone. > >

I hope it is understood I only have so many bullets in the chamber, so to speak. I can only assume my next logical waste of money is the 'water pick'. The Wal-Mart in town sells them, but not today. Out of stock. I expect to call my dentist on Monday for a good brand. The one in the Wal-Mart was by Braun. About $40. If anyone has any experience with water picks or which one to buy that would help. Sorry again to and Jeff, > > >
