One phrase that I learned here that has had a profound effect was when a feisty Aussie member said " Don't become your pain. " I did read the link you sent about the duragesic patch overlay system. It looks like it a good idea. I try to at least glance at the informational links, but don't always comment on them. I just tuck it away as interesting information.
