Wonder if they'll believe how restricted I am a, your statement made me remember back when I applied and recieved my form and I thought same thing. All I can suggest is be honest and keep it simple. One thing I noticed is that they will ask you a question and then will ask you same question say 4 questions down just different format. I guess their little way of seeing if it is true. IM sure all will work out for you, I recieved mine in 3 months, 10 years ago and I did it myself, at the time I had ony 34 % lung capacity, now I dont even want to think about it.
