ASA = Aspirin

TX or tx = treatment and/or transport (read the sentence)

SX or sx = signs and/or symptoms (read the sentence)

LCTAB = lungs clear to auscultation bilaterally

UOA = upon our arrival

NTG or ntg = nitroglycerin

BS or bs = breath sounds

BG or bg = blood glucose
