Has anyone heard of Essiac tea for cancer, diabetes, AIDs. Wondering if it would help Lymies?? It has a rich Canadian history of coverups--the usual when something helps people that's out of the money establishment.

Thanks Jim, I've so far only taken one in the night, and about 4oz. of water, so thanks for the heads up on that.

Recently began a TCM that's balancing the chi in my kidneys, so that I only have one Loo-awakening in the night. =) so I'll have a bigger glass of water and see.

How's it going with you today? Still being beat up?

Be well,

Léna

Hi Lena,Please remember, always take at least 8 oz of water with Glucomannan... This ensures it makes it all the way to the stomach.. You can take this any time during the day as along as it is away from food, supps and meds.. If you take it 2 - 3 times daily, then you are capturingtoxins all day... Sometimes I forget and only take it once... I am now taking 2 capsules per dose, one worked fine, two is supposed to be better.. I don't think you use insulin, but if you do, Glucomannan does lower bloodsugar levels, so less insulin may be necessary...Enjoy!Jim> > > Hi Lena,> > > Twice I took my pain meds with Glucomannan, twice they didn't work... >
