Hi Kacey and welcome to the group.

I used to suffer as much as you...but I now see a doc at a pain center and he

started me on duragesic pain patches. They have helped so much. I also have

severe osteoarthrits...the patches don't take all of my pain away...but they

sure help.

What do you take for pain?

<Especially during the night. My legs are so terribly sore that they ache

all night. When, they settle down and I am able to get an hour or so of

sleep. I awake and I feel like my entire body was run over by a transport

truck. It seems I just can't win with this illness.

Does anyone else suffer like this?

Yes, my legs give me a terrible time at night. I have restless leg syndrome

and am on klonopin at bedtime, but still have problems. I know that feeling

of being run over by a mack truck oh too well.

I cannot even put a sheet on my legs some nights because the pain is

so bad. My legs seem to be moving all of the time and I have no

control over them.

The pain.......oh the pain....I never thought in my wildest dreams I

would feel so much pain. some days just brushing my hair hurts my

head. I have tried several differnt medications now this Friday I am

trying another doctor. I think that will be the 8th in as many years.
