Guest guest
Hi Dash..... I am going through allergy testing right now. So far the only things to show up are dust mites and molds. I have also done a food diary and can't pinpoint anything. So I don't think my migraines are food related. In a way I kinda wish they were, just so we could find a CAUSE for this. And yeah, not sure what I am yet either! LOL > I had chronic headaches/migraines for decades. Found out I was/am allergic to white flour .. sulfites... whatever......but food was my culprit. You sound a bit like me. I am not sure what I am yet.. diagnosed with fibromyalgia " components " .... and I hurt almost all the time. dash > Another newbie > > > Hello everyone, not sure if this is where I belong, but I thought I'd > join and see what you all thought. Guest guest
I figured it out by getting rid of most food and adding in one at a time... and reacting to the foods. Once I almost died.....tho. Drank Pepsi ONE and the asulfamanek almost did me in.........good luck. dash Another newbie > > > Hello everyone, not sure if this is where I belong, but I thought I'd > join and see what you all thought.
