OK now I'll tell all what is going on in my life! I am sorry I have been absent

for so long. Things have been really bad however there was a Miracle right in

that gas man was straight from heaven.....an angel in disguise. Hope things

Hello All,

I had to make my re-entrance with a joke. Testing the waters ya know! LOL

OK now I'll tell all what is going on in my life! I am sorry I have been absent

for so long. Things have been really bad however there was a Miracle right in

the middle of it all!

First off or close to it, I lost my Sister to death the same day I had

surgery for the same thing that ended up killing her! So I have been pretty much

out of touch with the world! I grieved, cried for weeks, didn't want to see

anyone or even the light of day!

I broke my right ankle. NO I did NOT go to a doctor! I also broke my

little toe on left foot! It still hurts more than the right ankle and I broke it

first!

Man comes to the house to turn off my gas. I hobbled to the door with my

walker because the wheel chair was charging. I told him he would have to come in

because I just could not stand. He came in and I first appologized for my night

gown I told him I could not stand clothing to touch me that the gown was to

much! Told him of my illnesses. Then this poor man I just poured out my soul to

him. Everything that had happened since surgery. I told him I am sorry I can

barely pay my rent we have NO food in the house except a BIG Turkey and NO pan

to cook that bird in! I even led the man to the fridge and oppened up both sides

to show I wasn't lying. Anyway he dropped talking about the gas bill at all. He

told me he was going to make some calls and I would have food that day. He said

he was going to call and get me a home visit to get foodstamps and medical for

. Anyway an agency called and said he had called them to their surprise

said they had called them m any times but that was the first time they had ever

gotten a call from the gas company LOL. Any way she said he had told her we had

no food in the house. I said this is true. She said would it be ok if we came

out with some food. WELL DUH! I said Please do! Well they came out with 3 boxes

and 7 paper sacks of groceries! Even to a roast, porkchops & even Ice Cream! I

thanked them over and over. They brought frozen loaves of bread instead of a

loaf. I told her I had bread mix just no bread pan, a turkey just no roaster

LOL. She told me to call the guy here in town and tell him what I needed still

and he would bring it out! Well as it was he called me so I told him I needed a

loaf pan, a turkey roaster, a loaf of bread & a bag of sugar! So he comes next

morning with all listed but when it came to the sugar we got Granulated what I

needed! But also powdered, and brown LOL. That afternoon I got a call from a

social worker that took my application for medicaid and foodstam ps over the

phone. Came to my house and got documents needed and had me sign papers. That

was Fri. she said she would have all in that evening before she left. I already

had the foodstamp card from several years back. That's me the pack rat but see I

didn't have to wait 2 weeks to get a card I was able to make a phone call Sat.

and activate the card. I got $195.00 in foodstamps. A very sweet and Loving

friend yes you know who you are sent me $30.00 pay pal so my kitties and doggies

aren't starving and I got a clean litter box. The gas man was going to see if he

could get part of my bill paid by energy assistance, also going to get in touch

with a panel of lawyers he knows that sometimes does pro-bono work. Said see if

he could find one to take my case and get a legal seperation and spousel

support! Boy that would be nice. The miracle has just been so big that I may

have forgotten something.

Right now my pain level is through the roof. Last week we still had cool

days and cold nights, yesterday and tonight and this morning I am just still up!

I am dripping with sweat! The humidity is through the roof. Can get relief for

an hour or 2 if ya take a shower every few hours! If it is as hot today they may

find me in that lake 2 blocks down the road! Just PRAY I don't fall asleep and

drown. I am steadily loosing weight something that is hard for us fibromites and

don't even ask because I don't have a clue how I am doing it!

OK that is the skinny on your list Mom! I welcome all the new members and

hope you will find yourself right at home here. I have to thank all the mods &

ect. for an outstanding Job of taking care of the site in my abssence and Vicki

out a lot as well! We are so lucky to have you! You are the best we have had yet

with the exception of one other who left us not long ago and I sure miss her. I

am truly sorry I will admit that my tired fibro brain can't even think of her

name at the moment however I am sure a LOT of you know just who I am talking

about! I will close this book now that you all know where I am and how I am.
