Thanks Kay, I'm going to rent one. I hate having to rely on it, but I'll

just have to swallow my pride and to what needs to be done. I'm so much of

a fighter, I hate having to give in to a crutch... too stubborn I guess...

not wise tho.

This is just a suggestion...how about renting the wheel chair and bringing

it

with you but not using it unless you have to? I would think it would be a

relief to know you have it with you.

If you try and push yourself on the first or second day...you will be

miserable and hurting the rest of the vacation.

I can sympathize with you not being able to tell the difference from the

arthritis pain and the fibro pain. It's like a double whammy, isn't it?

I hope you have a good time and don't forget your pain pills...LOL

I rented a wheelchair to go to my granddaughter's special day at her school.

It was grandparent's day and I thought I would see a zillion

wheelchairs....nope, just me. I felt so gross and then I realized that was

false pride and to think it through. Tomorrow night is her dance recital and

is out of town so I don't have a wheelchair. I was supposed to go to the

doc today and get a brace for my leg and I felt so lousy I couldn't go.

Bummmmmmmmers!!!!! Sorry for the whining....I can still see and hear and

think and play the piano and read. I'm not so bad off!! Love, Cam
