Get the book the yeast connection. Always read the labels and stick to the doses of oils and antifugals. Some of the oils are concentrated and need to be mixed with a buffer. Probiotics help without the use of an antifungal as they can be hard on their kidney's. Kirkman Labs can assist you with this question and offer some assistance.
