Around here that's not cheating, that's proper procedure. We attempt to

answer all incoming calls on the listed lines within 3 rings which actually is

only 2 rings because with caller ID the first ring is lost according to Verizon.

There are many times when I will have multiple callers on hold, sometimes on all

10 incoming lines.
