Hi Jodie,I don't coil; have a different type machine, so can't help you there, but your sinus stuff could probably be helped by misting colloidal silver up your nose. Empty an old Afrin mister or get a new Sinucleanse Kids Mist. (I just ordered one after a few people raved about how effective and portable it was) CS has almost eliminated my morning stuffiness issues. I don't even need to use it very often anymore. No more post-nasal drip issues, either. I think it knocked out a lot of stuff that was living up there. Not much herxing either, as the sinuses drain rather directly. It also cleared up a lot of eustachian tube issues for the most part and I often put it in my eyes for winter dry-eye, as it drains nicely through the tear ducts into the nose and out.Be well,LénaOk group, need help. I have coiled at 10 minutes and got a joint/muscle and fatigue type die-off (with night sweats on the nights that I've coiled for lyme at 432.0). I waited until the symptoms abated and then coiled again at 11 minutes. Same sort of die-off. Waited again, yada, yada. I have coiled my head the last 2 times. The first time it was 30 sec on the top. A bit of fog and headache besides the normal die-off. Waited and coiled last Wed. Worked up to 14 minutes with 1 minute on the top and 30 sec on each side. Had a 1-2 day delay with this die-off. It made my neuro head stuff act up (fog, 1-2 second delay in processing visual information, pressure in one side of my head, headaches, vision stuff and a bit of the tippy dizzies). I'm post coil day 4 and have just a little head symptom stuff left, but also sinus stuff (headache is treated successfully with sinus meds and I'm a bit stuffed up). So, wondering - is some of the head stuff possibly sinus related (have sore spots by my nose and had a bit of a sore throat, swollen glands, earache last wed when I coiled.)? Do I wait for the whole stuff to go away? How do I know it is a die-off and not a lyme flare. And when to coil next and for how long? Don't think I'll be doing my head for a total of 2 minutes. It wasn't an unbearable herx, but I just hate, absolutely hate that disconnected feeling where things are surreal and the 1-2 second delay in processing. I feel scared when those lyme symptoms would come in the past and it is making me scared to try coiling again when this subsides. I don't like feeling that way. Can it be controlled by less time? If so, how do I eventually get rid of this stuff? Seems like it takes a lot for me to experience a die-off in some areas, but in other areas of the body, it only takes little. Looking for some sage people to help out this newbie.
