We have applied to clean dry hand before works and reapplied after 3 hours to obtain max protection reapply once in 2 hrs as mentioned in the label. It act as a barrier crea. But use only reneiol cream for hand washing ( REINOL is a unique heavy duty hand cleaner which relies on only natural ingredients to clean and improve the skin of anyone who needs to clean their hands).
