Hi!

I have to go see my GP on Friday I was just recenyl diagnosed with IBS, and I

have been taking extra fiber everyday but that does not seem to be helping...

I am also still having the hair loss, not sure whats up with that right now,

will find out when I go I guess..

Does anyone else have problems with IBS?, and what do you do to help it?

Thanks,

Stacie

Hi! Stacie,

Actually IBS was one of the first things that I noticed that was wrong with

my health. I take extra fiber daily, eat a lot of high fiber food and try to

stay

away from foods that cause me trouble such as chocolate, spicy foods, red

meat, too much coffee and any thing that I know that I react to. Drink a far

amount of water. I have some medicine but I use it very sparingly, maybe a

few times a year. Eat bland, high fiber food and that should help. I hope you

get better soon. I have a flare up every so often. Penny

Stacie,

How many days have you had trouble? Is it a lot of pain and cramping?

Have you been under any extra stress lately? Mine gets worse under stress.

Dairy foods trigger me, if I eat too much. I can have a little milk with cereal

or

in my coffee, which I try to only drink in the morning. It is not fun and I

have

been flaring a bit lately, also. Good Luck, I started dealing with this in

about

1996. Penny
