High altitude question: Diamox and Azopt

For altitude sickness prevention, if someone is on Azopt for Glaucoma, Diamox (since it also can treat glaucoma) has an interaction warning. Anyone with experience on what to recommend?

She has a history of getting altitude sickness. Is it worth doing Dexamethasone instead?
