I have been doing water aerobics for over a yr now. I do 3 to 4 classes

per week and i LOVE them. You can do them at your own pace, just moving

in the water makes me feel so much better.

I do wear water shoes (cheap at Wallmart) There are many older

men/women that come to class. Then after class i sit in the hot tub for

a bit to relax my neck/back.

Plus the bonus is i have lost inches! It is amazing what you can do in

the water that your body wont allow you to do on land. Try them out,

and you may just meet new friends in the process.
