Guest guest Posted May 27, 2006 Report Share Posted May 27, 2006 I have been doing water aerobics for over a yr now. I do 3 to 4 classes per week and i LOVE them. You can do them at your own pace, just moving in the water makes me feel so much better. I do wear water shoes (cheap at Wallmart) There are many older men/women that come to class. Then after class i sit in the hot tub for a bit to relax my neck/back. Plus the bonus is i have lost inches! It is amazing what you can do in the water that your body wont allow you to do on land.
