medicare and medicaid in a bundle?

I have a question for the group: If you have accept Medicare, do you must accept

Medicaid?

I was talking to a friendly Family Doc the other day, he mentioned that if you

accept Medicare patients you also must accept Medicaid patients.

What do the group think about it?
