I broke a rib coughing a few years ago and now both sneezing and coughing feels like it is breaking again. Have fun, Lynette lmthib@... This is a very trivial question but does anyone else have big pain problems when they sneeze? I seem to sneeze a lot, several sneezes at a time and very frequently. When I feel a bout coming on I try to brace my back on the bed and I am then left with two hands with which to cope with the sneeze and to hang on to anything else that hurts when I sneeze, lol. Let the sneeze go .......just let it go.... is best .. dash Re: Sneezing! Penny, No question is trivial when you are among family! So ask away. Yes, I have pain w/sneezing - in my head, neck, back, etc. I just try to brace myself as good as I can when I feel it coming on (like you are).
