Does anyone else experience chronic pain?

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia at the age of 16 because after a car accident,

I never experienced a day without pain. Does anybody else experience continuous

aching from being in a heightened state of anxiety due to noises? I want to

find out if chronic pain is a symptom of 4S.
