Dr. Wasserman & myomectomy

Hi Dr. Wasserman,

I visited your web site www.drles.com. I noticed that you advertise hysterectomy, but not myomectomy.

Most of the women that write in to this forum would like to AVOID hysterectomy. Do you perform myomectomies, and if you do, why isn't this listed under the services you perform?

Women often have to go to numerous doctors to find alternatives to hysterectomy. Why can't doctors make it easier for us to find what we need, without expending so much of our time, effort and money, especially when we are ill?

This is not meant as a criticism of you in particular. The fact that you are a member of this group indicates that you are interested in helping women to find a satisfactory solution to their conditions. I, and many other women, are merely frustrated with the tactics and practices of the specialty of gynecology in general.
