Guest guest Posted September 13, 2006 Report Posted September 13, 2006 I have found that when I started drinking (black) coffee I don't make changes in my body. Is this because the coffee dehydrates you or does it have to do with coffee affecting the blood sugar levels? I am trying to fully understand this so I can explain it to people. Another question, if you don't have diabetes then who cares about swinging your blood sugar levels. Is it because it can cause highs and lows? Janet Quote
