My gyno wants hyst and wont consider a myonectomy. I did the research on UFE, she is going along with my wishes. I am taking lupron because my anemia was extreme. I hope I don't have to take the 3rd shot. It has affected me mentally and hot flashes. See a therapist as you wrote they do help if you find a good one. Remember there are always options. Good luck.
