Guest guest
We did the same thing when we bought shoes last time. Hugh was having knee problems and his physical therapist explained what he was doing that might be contributing to the problem. He went to a store where the owners are runners and they knew exactly what he needed.' The right fit is very important. There are specfic shoes that can help correct gait problems, over-pronating, etc. Andy > I went downtown today to get fitted for workout shoes. Guest guest
Yep, yep, yep. Can't underestimate the importance of the right shoes, particularly for running. Every time I hear of people having problems running, I always tell them it's probably not form, but rather their shoes. True for lots of folks.
