Guest guest
I also talked to the NP about my depression and that I hate mornings and that if I am not tired all the time, then I do housework or trying to organize the house. She keeps telling me to exercise or do something in the morning to get me going or I will just end up feeling like a slug. I know I am a 2nd shift person, at least that worked for me when I was working. Now it is a hard time trying to find my feet when you feel like you can't control what you can or can't do when in pain, etc. I didn't get to show her the letter I wrote to my doctor about my pain meds, I may copy it and give it to the secretary to give to her this next week, since I don't see the NP for about 2 weeks and I am told to work on finding a " purpose " in my life. Whether it is helping the students at school or animal shelter or elderly. Granada Wisconsin
