Q: So would that mean that I can substitute Canola and/or Castor

oil

Q: What would be a suitable substitute,

-------------------------------------------------------

I'm not Maurice, but I know we can't substitute Canola Oil

& Cetearyl Alcohol for Behentrimonium Methosulfate (and) Cetearyl

Alcohol

See:

Emulsions_and_the_HLB_System.pdf

and

HLB_ & _RHLB_Calc_Rev_4.xls,

in the Cosmeticinfo files for information regarding emulsion

formulation and the HLB system.
